DAY 1 | DAY 2 | DAY 3 | DAY 4 | JULY 9 | DAY 6 | DAY 7 GRAHAM CABIN TO GATEWAY HUT 33 MILES | 2,100 FT ASCENT | 5,840 FT DESCENT On Wednesday I had a pretty good crash. We were riding down a single track section at the bottom of a narrow canyon. I ended up going over my handle bars and doing a face plant on a rock on the trail, then tipped over and fell down into the dry creek bed. A little farther down the trail after coming out of the narrow canyon. Jeff riding. The view from the Gateway Hut where we spent our 4th night. That night we had a cooler with cold beer and sodas. Someone was kind enough to leave a rooster at the hut. He provided some entertainment that night.
